Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury with Kulhari (axe) causing injury at the head of the wife of the informant.

The Doctor has found simple injury caused by hard blunt substance and in the subsequent report grievous injury. The petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2017. There is case and counter case and no allegation of repetition of blow. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3063 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Katoria Police Station Case No. 43 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
