JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 13-05-2020 Due to technical fault neither learned counsel for the petitioner nor learned APP is audible/ visible. From the record it transpires that on confidential information raid was conducted at a brick kiln and during course thereof, other managed to escape therefrom while one Brahmdev Singh was apprehended. On search altogether 1347.120 litres of foreign liquor (Indian origin) has been seized. The name of the petitioner transpires on extra judicial confessional statement of the aforesaid Brahmdev Singh. The petitioner is under custody since 16.1.2020 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, the petitioner, Kamlesh Kumar @ Kamli, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
