====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil Manuapool P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022 lodged under Sections 356, 379, 411, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, The allegation against the accused along with two other persons to snatch the mobile and they were arrested from the nearby place of occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is a student of B.Sc part-I and whatever be the material seized by the police from his possession. Petitioner has the documents relating to the mobile as well as

He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2022, charge sheet has already been filed in this case and petitioner's named has figured only on suspicion. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case that petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2022 having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District-West Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
