Petitioners are accused in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Kanariya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019 registered under Sections 341/323/504/379/436/364/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 75362 of 2019 on 07.01.2020, as contained in Annexure-2 to the application.

No.12330 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Kanariya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019.
