On account of marital discord having erupted, wife has filed complaint petition whereupon instant case has proceeded. Learned respective counsels submitted that the matter has been amicably sorted out amongst the parties. The husband is ready to accompany his wife, complainant to his place. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that husband will keep his wife separately in most congenial, harmonious atmosphere. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Shambhu Chauhan @ Shumbhu Chhon is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4459 of 2015 (4) dt.27-04-2015 connection with Complaint Case No.951 of 2014 in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
