60 bottles of 300 ml of wine has been seized from the joint possession of both the petitioners and for that, they are under custody since 05.03.2017, having no criminal antecedent as per disclosure made under Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioners, Lalan Singh and Khedu Sahani are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P. S. Case No.36 of 2017.
