Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
For trivial dispute, the petitioner thrashed to the husband of the informant, as a result whereof, he sustained injury and died.
Submission is that the investigation is already complete now and the police has submitted report under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Further submission is that in fact the victim had died of illness and just to pressurize, false case was lodged.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10208 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajoun Police Station Case No.636 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
