The issue of seniority is involved in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without determining the inter se seniority of the petitioner and respondent no.6, the petitioner has been directed to hand over the charge of incharge-headmaster of Paltu Lorik +2 High School, Tisiyahi.

Considering the fact that there is no determination of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4464 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 inter se seniority, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Madhubani to determine inter se seniority of petitioner and respondent no.6 after providing opportunity to hearing to them and after determination of inter se seniority of petitioner and respondent no.6, the respondent District Education Officer, Madhubani shall post the senior most teacher as incharge headmaster. Entire exercise in this regard must be completed by the respondent District Education Officer, Madhubani within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
