The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present writ petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondents for demarcation/fencing of the purchased subject land of the petitioner in view of measurement report contained in Memo No. 453 dated 30.04.2024 issued by the Circle Officer, Mashrakh (respondent no. 7) in Measurement Record No. 26 of 2023-24 relating to Survey Plot No. 234 under Khata No. 87
Patna High Court CWJC No.4338 of 2025(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 and Survey Plot No. 236 under Khata No. 180 situated under Revenue village Chhapiya its Revenue Thana No. 12 under Revenue Circle of Mashrak in the District of Saran and also for directing the concern respondents to provide security when demarcation/fencing is being made upon the abovementioned subject land to the petitioner and for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the light of safeguard provided by the Constitution of India.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Authority/Court for grant of appropriate relief with respect to the land under dispute.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
