JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

From a Boat 1532 bottles of 300 ml, 260 bottles of 180 ml Sofia wine (Nepali origin) were seized. Petitioner was apprehended at the spot while one managed to escape, whose name has been divulged by the petitioner as Sadanand Yadav. From the self-statement, it is evident that petitioner happens to be sailor and he, on interrogation, had disclosed the name of the owner of the wine, one Sudhir Yadav. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 16.04.2017, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Bidyanand Mukhiya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26108 of 2017 (03) dt.01-07-2017 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Supaul in connection with Ratanpura P. S. Case No.20 of 2017.
