This application has been filed for restoration of M.J.C. No. 2788 of 2012 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.01.2013.

No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and M.J.C. No. 2788 of 2012 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs. 500/- (five hundred rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the coffer of the Patna
