Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 332, 333, 307, 436, 395, 427, 353, 151, 152, 153, 187, 188, 189, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. A mob had created unruly atmosphere and rioting, for death of a person and inaction of the police. The petitioner was identified as member of the mob without any specific accusation.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
