JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 After some argument, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned Spl.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
Permission is accorded.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No. 50 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
It goes without saying that if the petitioners surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and apply for regular bail, then the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits by looking into all the materials, which are available on the record.
