JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 The present petition has been filed for making correction in the name of the father of the petitioner, as has been typed in the order dated 13.1.2023, passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 59025 of 2022.

It is submitted that on account of mistake made inadvertently in the main bail petition, the name of the father of the petitioner was typed as late Jhagan Rishi instead of late Jhagru Rishi, hence, the same be condoned and necessary correction be made in the aforesaid order dated 13.1.2023. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the name of the father of the petitioner shall be deemed to be read as late Jhagru Rishi in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18784 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 the order dated 13.1.2013, passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 59025 of 2022.

The present modification petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
