3. As per prosecution case, on 01.11.2024, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners and 120 unknown persons surrounded the Block Office, Guraru and thereafter, attacked the officers posted there. They also threw bricks & stones on the officers and damaged the glass, chairs and CCTV cameras and thus, caused hindrance in discharge of their official duties.
