2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) to issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s), commanding the Respondent to direct the Respondent no. 5 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.19196 of 2016(2) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 grant the land receipt from 2013 to up-to-date without any rhyme and reason the same has been stopped by them.

(ii) to direct the Respondent authorities not to disturb the peaceful physical possession of the land Mauza Gamail, P.S. Bihariganj, Circle- Uda Kishunganj, DistrictMadhepura. (iii) to grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the concerned authorities for the redressal for the grievance with all the relevant documents.

4. Needless to add, if such petition is preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
