The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 643 of 2017 arising out of Motipur P.S.Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that a dead body of 08 years old female child was found thrown in a sack after tying her hands and feet. Later on, during investigation, it revealed that mother of the girl, wife of the petitioner, was also found from another place in a sack thrown by the side of the road and the petitioner has confessed his guilt before the police.

Submission is that there is no direct evidence and only on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner, he has

Petitioner is the husband and his wife and daughter, both were killed and dead bodies were found thrown after packing in sacks and there appears no information earlier lodged by the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
