The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 250/2017 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioners seek to renew their prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that other similarly situated coaccused persons have since been extended the privilege of regular bail and the present petitioners are students and have been staying outside from the place of occurrence. It is further

No.15162 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 submitted that these petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation and the trial shall follow and ensure that the same is completed. It is further submitted that the petitioners will comply with whatever terms and conditions are laid down by this Court.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners 1, 2 and 3 (above named) be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champran, Motihari, in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.
