1. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 20.09.2022, passed by the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Munger Division, District-Munger, in Case No.24 of 2022-23, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 47A(iv) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. Liberty so

Patna High Court CWJC No.4807 of 2023(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 sought is granted.

2. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits, without being impeded by the issue of limitation and decide the same, in accordance with law, forthwith.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
