JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) Respondent No. 5 be directed to make appointment from the panel / waiting list (Annexure-3) of panel prepared in pursuant to Advertisement 2013 in accordance with their category wise seniority as per guidelines issued vide Letter No. 309 dated 20.05.2011 (Annexure-1) of Bihar Administrative Reform Mission, Patna (herein referred to as "Mission");

(b) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4614 of 2019(4) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 Memo No. 297/Stha. dated 08.02.2016 (Annexure-6), whereby previous panel for the appointment to the post of Executive Assistant in offices within Darbhanga district has been cancelled, as it has been issued in violation of the guideline dated 20.05.2011 (Annexure1) of Mission and for this very reason the petitioner along with other similar situated candidates have been deprived of getting employment even on contractual basis."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga for redressal of his grievances.
