2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

3. The petitioner has come up with a simple prayer to direct the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Akhorigola, Rohtas to take his petition to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

4. Learned State counsel submits that a decision will be taken by the Circle Officer, Akhorigola, Rohtas.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Akhorigola, Rohtas to look into the matter and act in accordance with law at an earliest.
