32 bottles of Royal Stag (375 ML), 32 bottles of 180 ML, 6 bottles of Classic Whiskey (500 ML) have been alleged to be recovered from the house of the petitioner in his presence and for that he happens to be under custody since 04.04.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Mohan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Samastipur in Patori PS Case No. 129/2017.
