2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(B)(ii) (c) of the NDPS Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of one Dinanath Kumar Das altogether 2.75 kg ganja was recovered. When he was interrogated by the police, he disclosed the name of this petitioner. On his information, the house of this petitioner was also searched.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has surfaced on the statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in judicial custody since 13.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No. 75 of 2024 arising out of Darpa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.
