The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Kanti P.S. Case No.575 of 2017 registered for the offenc under Sections 399, 400, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act , has prayed for grant of bail primarily on the ground that the petitioner's name has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, namely, Prem Kumar @ Prem Sah be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
