Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one Kailash Das is the author of the grievous injury whereas, others are said to have assaulted the injured.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25387 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
