JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 04-05-2015 Due to the fault of the office this very old matter has not been placed before this Court although it had been disposed of with the direction to the contemnor to pay Rs.500/- to the petitioner or his counsel with consequences on non-payment of the same. It is reported by the office that no receipt for payment of cost has been filed.

Neither learned counsel for the petitioner nor learned counsel for the contemnor is appearing in the matter so as to verify as to whether the cost has been paid or not.

In the aforesaid circumstances, no useful purpose can be served by keeping the matter pending.

Let the matter be consigned.
