Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mansoor Chak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. It is further submitted that during investigation also no material has come showing complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioner

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mansoor Chak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
