Petitioner is in custody in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 for the offence Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 20/22 of the NDPS Act and 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. In the instant case total 93.8 liters of foreign liquor and 450 grams of Ganja was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.10.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let

No.26736 of 2019(3) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai, in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018.
