2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) and 61(2) of BNS and Sections 66(c) and 66(D) of I.T. Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that police had information that Guddu Kumar and Raj Karan Yadav are planning to commit some cyber fraud. On this input, police raided the house of Guddu Kumar. Certain persons were apprehended and petitioner is one amongst them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the possession

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16191 of 2026(2) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 of this petitioner, only one mobile and Rs. 9850 were recovered. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. There is no allegation that he has committed any fraud with anyone. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 23.11.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 525 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
