Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the show cause there is statement as to payment of retiral dues. However, there is no calculation chart attached. Considering the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to serve copy of the calculation chart on the petitioner within a period of one month from today failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty
