JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Smt. Kanak Verma, learned Central Government Counsel, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition, so that the petitioner may approach the Presiding Officer, Labour Court for restoration of Misc. Case no.24/2007.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.

It goes without saying that the period consumed by the writ petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 16.05.2013 till date may be excluded, while considering the limitation matter.
