In the circumstances, the present appeal, arising out of judgment/ order dated 13.03.1992, passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada, in Sessions Trial No. 09/89 appertaining to Kashichak P.S. Case No. 50/86 dated 31.01.1989, has abated and is, accordingly, disposed of taking on record Memo No. 4297 dated 12.08.2015.
