The petitioner is in custody in connection with Singwara P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017, a case under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. A tractor was recovered from behind the house of this petitioner and allegation is that the same was a stolen property.

Submission is that the petitioner had purchased the same from its primary owner, Tribhuvan Kumar, vide Annexure-2 series and without any verification, the tractor was seized. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
