The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120(B) and 34 of the IPC.
The prosecution case, as per the written report of Maheshwar Kumar Singh submitted to the Station House Officer, Gandhi Maidan Police Station, is to the effect that the informant wanted to sell one katha of his ancestral land.

No.14965 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/3 Subsequently, on enquiry being made from the registry office, the informant came to know that all the accused persons including the petitioner on 30.07.2016 has already sold the said one katha of land to one Imtiyaz Anjum after realizing consideration amount to the tune of Rs.6,40,000/-, by executing forged sale deed and making forged signature of the informant. The petitioner being an advocate, is alleged to be the deed writer of the sale deed with regard to the land in question. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an advocate of the Civil Court, Patna and only after presentation of all related legitimate documents of the land in question, the sale deed was prepared by the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present case, in which he is on bail.
It is submitted by the learned APP for the State that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is simply a deed writer of the alleged sale deed and is not being actual beneficiary, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period
