2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 342, 376, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion and dirty village politics. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after a delay of ten days. The specific allegation is against co-accused Shiv Sundar Kumar Paswan. Learned counsel further submits that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-P-3.

No.16802 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S.
