JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 387 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by iron rod.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the agnate of the informant. The injury has been found to be simple and petitioner's side also lodged a case at earlier point of time against the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
