The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,307,354A,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant and three others were assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioners in the background of a dispute with regard to fixation of electric pole.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injury of the informant others are simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence when the petitioners side also received injury.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12817 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Gopalganj. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
