JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 Petitioner in the present case is seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of admitted bill amount and the security deposit. It is the case of the petitioner that he had got the supply order to supply A-4 size paper and 7 items of different size of laser jet at the given rate as disclosed in paragraph 5 of the writ application. He claims to have supplied the aforesaid items in the office of the respondent no.2 and submitted his bills (Annexure-4 and 5).
Learned counsel for the respondent BSNL is present and submits that the grievance of the petitioner is being looked into and steps will be taken to consider the same and to pay the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4636 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 admitted amount if any payable to the petitioner. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, verify the assertions of the petitioner in the writ application regarding the supplies claims to have made by him and in case it is found that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, steps be taken to make payment of the admitted amount of his bills within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In case the claim of the petitioner is not admitted either in whole or in part, the reasons thereof shall be provided to the petitioner within the same period.
