Petitioners seek bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 08.02.2020.
