2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his brothers, due to which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that the allegation leveled against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The doctor has found the injuries simple in nature.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20018 of 2024(3) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
