The petitioner challenges the notice issued under Section 13 (4) of SARFAESI (Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest) Act, 2002. The writ petition is pending since 2013. The remedy available to the petitioner was to approach the D.R.T. in terms of the judgment passed by the hon'ble Supreme Court in State Bank of Travancore & Anr. vs. Mathew K.C. reported in (2018) 3 SCC 85.
