JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Simari Police Station Case No. 186 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner being Mukhiya purchased solar light in the year 2007 and except the violation of government rules, there appears to be nothing against him, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
