By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 45410 of 2015 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 26.02.2016.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to compelling circumstances, the counsel for the petitioner could not turn up on 26.02.2016 when the matter
