2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2017 in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.155 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with assault on the informant by as many as 13 persons including the petitioner causing ten injuries. The injury no.1 on the head of the informant attributed to the assault by the petitioner with axe is any event simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. 4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the assault with axe on the head of the informant causing injury , this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
