The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No 55 of 2017 under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that country made liquor has been recovered from the field. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in jail since 19.05.2017 and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28119 of 2017 (2) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017.
