However, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the same within a period of four weeks. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2008 bearing G.R. No. 28 of 2008, Tr. No. 1047 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 379/34 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. In fact, the petitioner was granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18428 of 2008 vide order dated 20.05.2008 but due to latches on the part of his pairvikar, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16557 of 2020(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 bail bond of this petitioner has been cancelled vide order dated 23.05.2013 and he has been taken into custody on 18.12.2019 and since then he is rotting in judicial custody. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2008 bearing G.R. No. 28 of 2008, Tr. No. 1047 of 2017. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U T
