JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that petitioner no. 2 namely, Aslok Yadav has already been arrested and as such his bail application has become infructuous.

2. As prayed, the anticipatory bail petition as against petitioner no. 2, namely, Aslok Yadav is permitted to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

3. As regards petitioner nos. 1 and 3, namely, Karu Yadav and Bullu Yadav, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Madan Prasad Singh, seeks permission to withdraw this application as well.
