The petitioner seeks bail in Arariya P.S. Case No. 1036 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., five pieces of live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 26.11.2019. Chargesheet has been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 1036 of 2019.
