The petitioner seeks bail in Bairgania P.S. Case No 105 of 2017 under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (A), 37 (C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Police apprehended the petitioner with 36 liters Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered and for that petitioner is suffering in jail since 30.04.2017. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 105/ 2017.
