Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 21.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41311 of 2017, with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is absolutely nothing against him and now the charge has also been framed. He is in custody since 24.4.2017. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4540 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.210 of 2016 dated 18.09.2016, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
